As an attorney for the Department of Child Services and now in private practice, Mr. Young, has handled many adoptions and can handle yours in an efficient manner.  Our experience includes, step-parent adoptions, contested adoptions, private adoptions, and adoptions through the Department.  

Wills and Estates

We will help you with planning your affairs how you want, not how the state thinks they should be handled. We can help with a simple will, power of attorney or something more complex like a trust.  And if you need help opening an estate or contesting an estate, we can help guide you through that complex process.

Conveniently located between Evansville and Boonville, Indiana the majority of our case load is from Warrick and Vanderburgh Counties.
